We did the bold move of renovating not one, but three bathrooms at once. We chose Rocket Rooter as they were reasonably priced, had a comprehensive estimate and really listened to our design ideas. All questions and emails were promptly answered. Alex and his crew were great. They were all very respectful of our home and always polite and courteous… also very clean, vacuuming and tidying up the work-site at the end of every day. Alex planned our renovations carefully, mindful of daily living, getting one bathroom to completion before demolishing the next. Inevitably, with a project this size, a few glitches were encountered. Each issue, no matter how small, was dealt with promptly, sometimes with very creative solutions. The project stayed within the planned budget and was completed on time, with the exception of waiting an extra week to let things settle to do some minor finishing touches. The finished look is just as we had hoped. Rocket Rooter team delivered as promised to give us beautiful, modern and functional bathrooms. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would happily use them again.

Alex and the guys working for him did a great job. I saw Alex’s work first at the Convention Center Kitchen and Bath Show and I really liked one of his displays. I had a complete bathroom demo, new insulation was put in, as well as drywall and the surround. The piping in the basement was all redone and done correctly. It took two weeks and I am very happy with the results. I had to work and I had no problem leaving them in the house while they worked away. He asked me to call him if I noticed any leaks since the piping was redone but I haven’t had any. I recommend Alex, he is polite professional and knows what he is doing.

I arrived home from work to see his efforts well underway, pointing to an arrival time consistent with what was told to us. Particularly, I appreciated the additional measures he employed to keep the work area clean and neat. There was virtually no clean up associated with the sewage line maintenance that Andy performed. I can easily tell you that Andy is thorough. Even though doing so likely delayed his departure from our house by several minutes, he went the extra mile and made certain everything worked properly.

We have had Alex from Rocket Rooter to our house twice now to fix plugged drains. First it was the kitchen sink and then the bathtub. We got the very reasonable prices up front before the work was done, and at no time did he try to up sell us on anything we didn’t want or need. There were no hidden costs. Service is very fast, clean and efficient-everything was explained in terms we can understand. On both occasions we had other very minor plumbing issues which we mentioned to him, and he fixed them right away and only charged for materials used. We have recommended him to our neighbours and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his company to strangers. We’re thinking of getting the old pipes replaced in our house and with the excellent work (and price) we have received we will probably without hesitation use Rocket Rooter. After several calls to deal with a backed up toilet, and being told the earliest time would be next day at 6pm. I was frustrated. Everybody claims to have “24 hour and Emergency service”. But it only seemed like it was at their schedule. I called Rocket Rooter at 10pm on a stormy Friday night. Chris was at our house in 45min! Before midnight he had solved our problem. He went above and beyond the standard way of fixing a plugged drain. Chris also provided a solution to prevent it from occurring again. That is service. I will be telling my friends to use Rocket Rooter when they need this type of problem fixed.
